Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical support.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud architectures.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and scripting.
  • Ability to mentor and lead projects.
  • Analytical mindset for troubleshooting challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
