Overview

As a User Support Training Specialist at RAPP, you will deliver expert support and training on the agency’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring users can effectively navigate and utilize the system.

Requirements

• Knowledge of metadata standards and asset management practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
