Overview

The Senior Training/User Support Specialist will provide remote support for training and user-related incidents, primarily in the healthcare IT domain, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.

  • Experience in triaging and troubleshooting software errors.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT industry.
  • Experience developing training materials.
  • Ability to investigate technical issues thoroughly.
