Overview

Initiate Government Solutions (IGS) is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere while meeting the needs of federal clients.

In Short

  • Coordinate formal classroom technology courses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Prepare reports and monitor training tasks.
  • Develop and revise training courses with Technical Subject Matter Experts.
  • Prepare instructor and student materials for courses.
  • Must have reliable internet service for effective telecommuting.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in training curriculum development or instructional design.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Active VA Public Trust is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline.
  • 3 years’ experience in training curriculum development or instructional design.
  • Reliable internet service for telecommuting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain VA Public Trust clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
