Overview

This role involves optimizing the Veteran experience by consolidating data and capturing feedback to empower employees to offer Veterans a world-class customer experience through statistical analysis and model development.

In Short

• Fully remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Develop surveys and perform statistical analysis using advanced tools.
• Interface with high-level clients for project support.
• Utilize Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Work with large datasets and develop actionable insights.
• Assist in the configuration of Data Collection Statistical Models.
• Support data product development and integration of data.
• Requires detail-oriented and organized candidates.
• 1+ years of data analytics experience required.
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics and IT environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Machine Learning and AI techniques.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with Azure data lake preferred.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare and Federal Government projects is preferred.
