• Fully remote position supporting federal clients.
• Responsible for project coordination and management.
• Oversee Agile development efforts and Salesforce solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communications and performance metrics.
• Conduct customer meetings and analyze business requirements.
• Provide training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Develop transition plans for knowledge transfer.
• Assist in project management planning and execution.
• Support customer inquiries regarding services and solutions.
• Work remotely daily with possible onsite client meetings.

Requirements

• BS Degree in computer science or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM).
• Experience with Salesforce and project management tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work during EST hours.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Prior remote work experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
