Overview

As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by supporting our channel partners. You will serve as the technical expert, providing pre-sales support, and ensuring that our partners have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to channel partners during the pre-sales process.
  • Demonstrate mastery of the architecture and technical differentiation.
  • Identify and remove potential roadblocks to deals.
  • Own the technical success of strategic channel partners.
  • Create technical evangelists in key strategic partners.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for channel partners.
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights for channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential channel partners.
  • Work closely with the product development team to relay feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud provider environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Fundamental network and database experience.
  • Understanding of data storage types and encryption techniques.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset in a startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
