Overview

The Channel Sales Engineer is responsible for providing pre-sales technical / functional support to channel sales teams and the partner eco-system in their region, focusing on securing end user license revenue while maintaining high levels of partner contact and awareness through technical support and enablement.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all regional partners.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers & Regional Channel Leads.
  • Assist partners on key opportunities each quarter.
  • Work with business units to ensure success during partner sales campaigns.
  • Own channel enablement for your region.
  • Conduct discovery to understand key imperatives of prospects and customers.
  • Plan and build compelling technical and business-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and influence through presentations.
  • Orchestrate supporting resources for a cohesive strategy.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate our leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge and experience within Software / SaaS industry.
  • Wide range of technical knowledge of data management.
  • Dynamic individual motivated by success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in a commercial situation.
  • Experience of working on sophisticated RFPs.
  • Understanding of partners financial metrics.
  • Fluent English verbal and written language skills.
  • Arabic language skills desirable but not essential.
