Overview

Join Cyclomedia as a Customer Support Analyst, where you will assist customers with their technical support needs, focusing on our web application and integrations with ArcGIS.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for service desk requests.
  • Support customers with inquiries in a patient and supportive manner.
  • Participate in software testing and integration with ESRI products.
  • Troubleshoot software-related problems for customers.
  • Coordinate with colleagues on advanced issues and share customer feedback.
  • Prepare training materials and videos for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in GIS or related field.
  • Prior experience in GIS and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of client questions and needs.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop analysis and editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Initiative to solve problems independently.
