Overview

The Customer Support Analyst at Cority serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving basic technical and functional issues related to the Cority Product Suite while gaining product knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Troubleshoot common technical problems.
  • Log customer support interactions in the system.
  • Provide follow-up with customers on their case status.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues for further investigation.
  • Maintain knowledge of Cority's product offerings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or help desk roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of software systems.
  • Solid organizational skills and time management.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
