Overview

CyberArk is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will seamlessly blend technical expertise with sales acumen, playing a pivotal role in securing technical wins during the sales cycle.

In Short

• Cultivate a deep technical understanding of CyberArk and associated technologies.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities and secure opportunities.
• Navigate the technical process and address any escalations that may arise.
• Proactively identify new sales prospects by cultivating and nurturing relationships.
• Present CyberArk’s technical value proposition with eloquence and precision.
• Craft compelling responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure the success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Convey client requirements to Product Management teams.
• Provide technical perspectives at seminars and trade shows.

Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of presales experience in high-tech sales.
• Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory and some knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles.
• Operational experience with LDAP Directories and Authentication methods.
• Enterprise application authentication experience is a plus.
• Application development experience and scripting knowledge preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP or SANS are a plus.
• A collaborative attitude to work with CyberArkers.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.
