Overview

CyberArk is seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical projects in the Go-to-Market Business Applications group, driving strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise business applications projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Design and optimize project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships.
• Mentor junior project managers and develop team leads.
• Identify and mitigate risks in underperforming projects.
• Manage project scope and timelines.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP and/or CSM certification; MBA preferred.
• Experience with global teams in hi-tech enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading strategic initiative presentations.
• Strong relationship management capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
