Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader with extensive experience in leading Global ERP transformation programs. This Project Professional will drive change through organizations and ensure effective communication between business and technology.

• Lead global ERP implementation programs with budgets exceeding $35 million.
• Ensure client satisfaction and effective management of integrated solutions.
• Communicate with C-level executives and manage expectations.
• Develop and manage Program plans, schedules, and resources.

• Implement quality management plans and monitor processes.
• Drive vendor and partner management.
• Mentor and guide Program team members.
• Facilitate risk assessment and management sessions.
• Champion Program governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Program Management leading ERP Implementations.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Strong communication skills with Senior/Executive Management.
• Experience with multi-platform projects and global teams.
• Knowledge of PMI Program and Project Management standards.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and align stakeholder interests.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
