Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

In Short

• Drive the successful execution of large-scale technical programs from initiation through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Proactively identify potential risks or issues that may affect project delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts associated with program execution.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning efficiently.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or program management.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
