In Short

• Lead, plan and execute hardware systems and software programs at Groq
• Drive and manage end-to-end projects involving hardware design, system software, ML compiler, inference engine, and AI software stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications and project goals
• Provide deep technical guidance on AI chip architectures and software to optimize performance
• Drive communication within engineering teams and leadership
• Define and track goals, priorities, and milestones
• Provide mentorship and foster a culture of execution
• Monitor project execution and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management in hardware/software system design
• B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with system board design and AI/ML software development
• Experience working with external vendors and managing deadlines
• Understanding of AI software development and data center software stack
• Experience in managing AI software product cycles
• Understanding of hardware and software integration challenges
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Expertise with schedule tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
