• Seeking a Principal, Program Management to create and execute a robust program management function.
• Establish and carry out critical planning processes for Product & Engineering departments.

• Maintain a comprehensive tracker of committed versus delivered features.
• Develop visualizations that show trends over time for process optimizations.
• Collaborate with Data teams and Product Managers to define metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in product management or software development is a plus.
• Remote position with occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in program management in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven leadership in transforming strategic priorities into actionable programs.
• Deep experience in designing and executing scalable planning processes.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting metrics and dashboards.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to create structure amidst ambiguity.
• Background in Product Management or Software Development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a bonus.
• Prior experience in technology sectors is a bonus.
