Business Development Manager (Forex) - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Manager (Forex) at CXM Group is responsible for building and growing a network of Introductory Brokers (IBs) to drive revenue and deposits from active FX traders.

In Short

• Work remotely for the initial three months before relocating to Malaysia.
• Build and grow a network of Introductory Brokers (IBs).
• Drive monthly deposits over USD 50K from a specific territory.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate deposits via the IB channel.
• Identify and onboard new IBs to expand trader flow.
• Collaborate with the Country BDM Team Lead.
• Engage with institutional FX relationships.
• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Work within a regulated Fintech environment.
• Be part of a multinational team across various global offices.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or sales in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Forex and B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and deposits.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate after the initial remote period.
