The Director of Network Pharmacy at Aetna will lead strategy and performance management across all lines of businesses, ensuring efficient operation of the pharmacy network while meeting regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacy management.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to analyze data for strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Medicare is a plus.
• Experience in fraud prevention in pharmacy services is advantageous.
