Procurement Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Coordinator supports client sourcing and performs contract management across multiple Accounts in facility management services under the direction of the Procurement Leadership.

In Short

• Supports the strategy set by the Procurement Leadership.
• Develops bid packages including statement of work and pricing matrix.
• Facilitates RFP activity and supplier audits.
• Coordinates contract negotiation and compliance.
• Maintains organized records for sourcing events.
• Researches and analyzes the supply base for diverse suppliers.
• Conducts meetings with internal and external customers professionally.
• Two+ years of related experience in Facilities Management or Indirect Procurement.
• Proficient in Excel and project management.
• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate or Facility Management environments desired.

• Knowledge of legal aspects of contract terms.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication with all levels of management.
• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes.
• Proficiency with e-tools such as e-Sourcing.
