Overview

The Procurement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting procurement operations by managing the end-to-end process of purchase order creation and administration in a global e-commerce leader.

In Short

  • Create, validate, and issue purchase orders.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Address supplier queries promptly.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support supply chain operations.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with master data maintenance and inventory analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI or Python is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Assertive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
