The Director HR - Senior People Partner will proactively partner with Corporate Real Estate business leaders to drive success through strategic HR initiatives, focusing on organization design, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in real estate development.
• Proven skills in people partnering and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience in organization design and performance management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues effectively.
• Industry knowledge of infrastructure consulting and project management services.
• Hands-on approach to daily HR operations.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
