Overview

Cushing Terrell is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong design experience to fill a Senior Planner position in our Denver office. Our Planning and Urban Design Team is focused on building community by way of visionary urban planning across the Mountain West.

Requirements

• AICP Planner preferred.
• 5+ years of design experience in Urban Planning.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with ArcGIS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to read Land Use Codes.
• Leadership skills for managing planning projects.
• Experience in community engagement.
• Passion for creative and collaborative design.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
