Requirements

• 6+ years in a creative studio or agency environment.
• 3+ years as a Senior/Lead Designer or Art Director.
• A portfolio showcasing results-driven work.
• Strong storytelling and motion design skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Passionate about branding and impactful design.
• Experience with AI tools in design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Collaborative spirit with a proactive approach.
