Senior Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Designer, you will take the lead in crafting innovative and high-quality designs from concept to delivery while ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with Web, Marketing, and Engineering teams, working directly with business stakeholders to shape creative solutions that align with strategic goals.

In Short

• Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and bring them to life
• Design intelligent, compelling visuals that effectively communicate the brand message
• Create web layouts using our Design Systems in Figma
• Develop marketing collateral, including whitepapers, infographics, case studies, and digital banners for social and paid campaigns
• Contribute to corporate branding and identity projects
• Maintain and evolve the Progress brand, ensuring a cohesive and modern design language
• Support event branding, including booth designs and visual identity creation
• Depending on expertise, contribute to motion design, animation, wireframing, and prototyping

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in graphic/web design, advertising, or marketing
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information flow, and usability principles
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions, rallying teams around creative goals
• Detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect mindset and exceptional aesthetic sensibility
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, and information hierarchy
• Basic animation skills and video storyboarding knowledge
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving
