Overview

As a Senior Designer at Discover, you will lead innovative marketing communications projects, ensuring that all designs align with brand standards and effectively engage customers across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design.
• 2+ years of art direction/design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience in digital design and understanding of HTML5.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with video production and Microsoft Suite.
• Passionate about design trends and best practices.
• Experience in the payments industry or B2B financial services is a plus.
