Senior Designer - Remote

Overview

Darkroom is a progressive omnichannel growth marketing agency focused on retail, e-commerce, and consumer businesses. We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our fully remote team and support our clients in the EST time zone.

In Short

• Design digital assets for various marketing initiatives.
• Create design systems based on brand guidelines.
• Communicate directly with clients and present designs.
• Understand factors driving customer conversion.
• Collaborate with team members for feedback and approvals.
• Design landing pages using UI/UX best practices.
• Work with project managers and developers on web design initiatives.
• Join a team of 8+ Designers supporting multiple client accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing branding and web design.
• Understanding of design principles like layout and typography.
• Ability to lead client calls and manage relationships.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in English for client communication.
