Senior Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to lead creative initiatives across our family of brands, developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities while creating compelling designs that communicate our value to landscape and outdoor service professionals.

In Short

• Create visually striking designs across digital platforms, print materials, and physical spaces.
• Design and maintain consistent UI/UX elements for websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop a comprehensive library of templates for the marketing team.
• Train marketing team members on design templates and brand assets.
• Create engaging designs for physical assets like tradeshow booths and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams for effective visual communications.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines for visual consistency.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Stay current on design trends in SaaS and B2B marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating scalable design systems and template libraries.
• Ability to develop user-friendly templates for marketing channels.
• Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong print design skills and understanding of print production processes.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
