Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the front line of customer support, handling inbound calls in both English and Spanish, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong computer skills for navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy.
  • Previous experience in customer service is desired.
  • Familiarity with service ticket creation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to meet performance targets.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
