We are currently seeking a Junior Training Department Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality digital training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format, and managing course deployment through the LMS.

In Short

• Assist in the development of interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Create and refine visual elements based on provided templates and brand guidelines.
• Design supporting graphics and visuals that are clear and professional.
• Revise course content based on feedback from the lead methodologist.
• Test and troubleshoot course functionality and ensure quality across devices.
• Upload and maintain course content in the LMS, including SCORM packaging.
• Track course versions and assist in managing planned updates.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather course requirements.
• Participate in team projects and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements
