Senior Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to technical and non-technical users within the public sector, focusing on the Public Safety Radio System.

In Short

• Deliver training to staff at various CACCs and stakeholders.
• Create and manage training materials and documentation.
• Provide application and product training.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.
• Work closely with the Training Lead to meet project timelines.
• Document training strategies and plans.
• Travel to training sites across the province.
• Support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Lead and supervise training sessions.
• Participate in committees related to PSRN training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Trainer in Public Sector or Healthcare.
• Experience creating training materials.
• Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Public Safety equipment systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
• Experience with project management and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex training schedules.
• Experience working with large project teams.
• Knowledge of emergency health services is an asset.
