Overview

Crown Bioscience is seeking a consultative and tenacious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team, providing pre-sales support and engaging with prospective customers.

In Short

  • Provide pre-sales support for inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Engage and qualify prospective customers.
  • Follow up on marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BD team on strategic targets.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects and identify key players.
  • Set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification in CRM.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars.
  • Contribute to team efforts and promote a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • One year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, SDR or Account Management.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple requests and achieving production goals.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solutions.
  • Drive and team-oriented mentality with a strong desire to compete.
  • Proven success in business development.
  • Experience selling non-clinical services is a plus.
