Overview

The ServiceNow Platform Engineer is responsible for the development, management, and growth of the ServiceNow platform within the firm, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ITSM and SPM principles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting modules.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification preferred.
