ServiceNow Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow Platform Engineer is responsible for the development, management, and growth of the ServiceNow platform within the firm, ensuring alignment with the firm's business strategy across all US and International offices.

In Short

• Administers, configures, and maintains the ServiceNow platform.
• Manages out-of-the-box functionality and performs necessary enhancements.
• Develops and implements fixes for bugs and issues in ServiceNow production.
• Creates and modifies forms, fields, and workflows according to requirements.
• Oversees change control and coordinates the release management process.
• Builds dashboards and reports for IT Management and firm leadership.
• Reports on and manages data within the ServiceNow platform.
• Handles onboarding and offboarding of ServiceNow users.
• Utilizes ServiceNow scripting modules for development and customization.
• Ensures all ServiceNow applications and services are current and reliable.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of ITSM and SPM principles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting modules.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and ticketing systems.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
