In Short

• Collaborate within a Platform Engineering team to ensure high availability and reliability of our platform.
• Work with development teams to ensure applications are designed to be scalable and reliable.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and services.
• Develop and maintain monitoring procedures for infrastructures and applications.
• Utilize observability tools for system performance insights.
• Design and apply automation tools and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and practices in platform engineering.

Requirements

• Experience building and working with distributed systems.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and application deployment models, ideally in GCP or AWS.
• Experience operating web-scale deployments in containerized systems using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python.
• Passion for designing large systems with scalable interfaces.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in the FinTech sector is a plus.
