We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team remotely. This position offers the opportunity to assist Dutch-speaking customers with their technical inquiries in the website technical solutions industry.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level required).
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours including night shifts.
  • EU ID or residence card required for non-EU nationals.
