The Bilingual Case Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and clarity.

Serve as the welcoming voice for prospective clients.
Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess potential cases.
Demonstrate proficiency in Litify for data entry and case tracking.
Provide bilingual support to ensure clients feel understood.
Send and follow up on DocuSign agreements for new clients.
Gather initial documents and organize case files.
Execute preliminary case investigations using firm-provided software.
Identify and refer out cases that do not align with firm practice areas.
Be available for after-hours coverage on a rotating schedule.
Liaise with attorneys and provide updates on intake statistics.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills with empathy and active listening.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Open to feedback and eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Previous intake or customer service experience is a plus.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in cloud-based case management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
