Overview

The Bilingual Case Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and clarity.

In Short

  • Serve as the welcoming voice for prospective clients.
  • Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess potential cases.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Litify for data entry and case tracking.
  • Provide bilingual support to ensure clients feel understood.
  • Send and follow up on DocuSign agreements for new clients.
  • Gather initial documents and organize case files.
  • Execute preliminary case investigations using firm-provided software.
  • Identify and refer out cases that do not align with firm practice areas.
  • Be available for after-hours coverage on a rotating schedule.
  • Liaise with attorneys and provide updates on intake statistics.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy and active listening.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous intake or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in cloud-based case management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
