Parnall Law Firm is seeking a talented Intake Specialist to join their team, focusing on client service and case retention.

In Short

• Conduct initial contact with potential clients.
• Achieve a 95% good call conversion rate.
• Convert pending cases within 3 days of inquiry.
• Establish rapport with clients over the phone.
• Manage and update case information in SmartAdvocate.
• Provide administrative support and data entry.
• Participate in team meetings and huddles.
• Demonstrate strong active listening and communication skills.
• Empathize with clients during their difficult times.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years direct legal intake experience required.
• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and avoid giving legal advice.
• Computer and typing skills.
• Inbound sales experience is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
