Overview

As a Paralegal at Oliver Law Office, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth progression of personal injury and product liability cases through both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

In Short

• Oversee the flow and timelines of all auto injury and product liability cases.
• Draft complaints and manage service of process for new injury complaints.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and respond to discovery requests.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Schedule calls and meetings with clients, attorneys, and experts.
• Utilize document management software to analyze reports on project statuses.
• Maintain organized records and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide compassionate and professional client interactions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years as a paralegal in personal injury and/or product liability litigation.
• An associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and AI applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
