Price Benowitz LLP is expanding its Personal Injury Practice and seeking to hire skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegals to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

In Short

• Assist attorneys in the pre-litigation process of personal injury cases.
• Draft legal correspondence including letters, motions, and pleadings.
• Prepare and organize documentation for litigation stages.
• Coordinate with investigators for evidence collection.
• Manage medical records and case-related documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Prepare notice letters to Medicare/Medicaid and lienholders.
• Assist with discovery and trial preparation.
• Monitor settlements and draft closing statements.
• Work in a fully remote environment with a preference for EST candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) and/or paralegal certification.
• Minimum of 4+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with personal injury law in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal case management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent research, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
