The Technical Support Specialist provides technical support and assistance to users, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and system functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Proficient in English communication (C1-C2 level).
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.
  • Prior experience in customer support services.
  • Strong customer support service skills.
  • Understanding of technical troubleshooting methodology.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Experience troubleshooting MAC and Windows devices.
