The Crisis Services Clinician for 988 is a qualified Mental Health Professional responsible for overseeing 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline interactions and providing risk assessments while managing a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills required
• Support Crisis Specialists in assessing risk of harm
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Contribute to a virtual team atmosphere

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology/counseling or social work required
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status is necessary
• Independent or associate licensure in counseling or social work preferred
• Experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or trauma-informed care is encouraged
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Experience within a call center preferred
