Overview

Cribl is looking for a Sales Engineer to build a highly skilled technical community within our LATAM partner ecosystem, driving success and scaling our business across the region.

In Short

  • Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor between internal sales teams and partners.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority for partners, providing architectural expertise.
  • Champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring partner SEs.
  • Establish metrics for success and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and use cases.
  • Ensure expert-level support for customers through a competent partner network.
  • Execute a world-class program of workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Work across many time zones and may require duties outside standard hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role.
  • Ability to train and mentor technical teams.
  • Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with the channel partner ecosystem in Latin America.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the LATAM region.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
