  • Qualify and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Efficiently respond to inbound marketing leads.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives.
  • Research target accounts and generate interest through calls and emails.
  • Use strong selling skills to understand and pitch customer needs.
  • Log and maintain Salesforce consistently.
  • Meet meeting quotas to ensure revenue objectives are met.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Work across time zones as part of a remote-first company.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding customer needs for successful product sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience preferred.
