In Short

• Own AI Agent outcomes for our customers.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle for AI Agents.
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents.
• Lead customer relationships and act as the primary contact.
• Facilitate workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting or Product roles.
• Hands-on work style with a bias for action.
• Experience leading complex deployments and customer relationships.
• Strong technical understanding and systems thinking.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for AI and automation.
