• Lead the development and evolution of customer-facing AI agents.
• Integrate and scale LLM-powered agents across the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents.
• Design and iterate on prompt flows and function calls.
• Monitor agent performance using qualitative feedback and quantitative analytics.
• Define KPIs and use data to guide prioritization.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and tools.
• Maintain high standards of reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical product role.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and GenAI products.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and testing methodologies.
• Experience building customer-facing products in support or sales.
• Enthusiasm for GenAI and conversational AI developments.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Experience with analytics tools like Heap or Amplitude.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
