Overview

Instructure is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the Education AI Agent, focusing on creating intuitive products that enhance learning and personal development.

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Instructure’s Education Agent.
• Define success metrics and quality frameworks for AI agent performance.
• Monitor agent effectiveness using dashboards and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, QA, design, and other PMs.
• Support internal readiness and rollout efforts.
• Ensure ethical and safe AI design.
• Pilot internal workflows to accelerate experimentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with LLM-based chatbots or AI agents.
• Track record of defining measurable success criteria for AI features.

• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex product spaces.
