In Short

  • Lead a team of high-performing pre-sales Solutions Engineers supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership to align SE coverage with pipeline priorities.
  • Coach your team through technical discovery and solution design.
  • Ensure executional excellence across demos, POCs, and technical validation.
  • Support key strategic deals directly with hands-on technical leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Enablement.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings to coach SEs on deal strategy.
  • Run weekly SE pipeline reviews to ensure technical qualification.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact demos and presentations.
  • Establish and scale technical best practices across the SE team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies, including Conversational AI.
  • Understanding of AI Agent applications and hands-on experience integrating AI.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Amazon.
  • Resourceful and strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
  • Passionate about Sales Engineering career development.
  • Experience in building mentoring frameworks for technical excellence.
  • Promote core Operating Principles through mentorship and leadership.
