Credit Acceptance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader of ML/AI Solutions to drive the development and enhancement of our ML and AI tech products, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical solutions development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Understanding of ML and AI algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience using Python and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information.
• Thought leader with technical expertise.
• Experience in product, data science, or software engineering.
• Knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and responsibility.
