The Pharmacy Manager of Regulatory Compliance at CarepathRx is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations affecting pharmacy practice, collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain standards and develop policies.

• Implement and monitor compliance with pharmacy regulations.

• Apply for and maintain state licensure for pharmacies.
• Develop and update compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of licensure and ensure timely renewals.
• Serve as a liaison with state boards of pharmacy.
• Conduct gap analyses for compliance with regulatory changes.
• Communicate findings and updates to the leadership team.
• Manage documentation and filing for compliance processes.

Requirements

• B.S./PharmD degree or JD preferred.
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience.
• 3+ years of hospital or home infusion experience preferred.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 340B experience preferred.
• Legislative and regulatory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
