Overview

The Supervisor Scheduling/Telecommunications position is responsible for maintaining the Master Schedules in the IDX system and acting as a liaison for after-hour advisory services.

• Handle incoming calls to appointment scheduling lines.
• Communicate changes to physician master schedules.
• Update scheduling protocols and manuals as needed.
• Monitor ACD reports daily.
• Manage staffing and personnel issues.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of computerized appointment scheduling experience.
• 1 year of managerial experience.

• 1 year of managerial experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with IDX system preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong organizational skills.
